Tuning Waiver

It's important to understand that any damage that occurs to your vehicle, its transmission, transfer assembly, engine, tires, clutch, brakes, etc. during the tuning process is solely the responsibility of the vehicle owner. While we will conduct a brief pre-tune inspection, any repairs or modifications required to complete the tuning may result in additional fees at our discretion.

Please be aware that situations may arise during the tuning process that are beyond our control as the tuner. As such, we require all customers to waive any and all claims against BTWTuning, LLC for any potential risks associated with dyno or street testing/tuning.

If mechanical or part compatibility issues arise during the tuning process that prevent us from completing the job, you will be responsible for at least half of the tune cost. The remaining cost will be at our discretion.

It's essential to note that tuning is strictly intended for off-road use only, and we cannot be held responsible for any emissions-related issues that arise due to tuning.

We want you to be fully informed of the potential risks involved with engine management tuning and understand your responsibilities as the vehicle owner.
